Optimal vasopressors, antibiotic dosing, and fluid management in critically ill patients
Optimal vasopressors, antibiotic dosing, and fluid management in critically ill patients

 Day 2: September 11, 2025 15:00-17:00
 Objectives:

 1. Apply hemodynamic assessment and tissue hypoperfusion indicators to determine the appropriate choice and timing for initiating               vasopressor therapy in critically ill patients.
 2. Select and apply empirical antibiotic regimens for critically ill patients by integrating the suspected infection source, local epidemiology,          and individual risk factors for resistant pathogens.
 3. Utilize pharmacokinetic parameters to adjust and optimize the activity of vasopressors, antibiotics, and intravenous fluids in shock states.   4. Develop and apply a clinical decision-support tool to optimize vasopressor and antibiotic dosing in critically ill patients.
 5. Implement monitoring strategies using clinical, hemodynamic, and laboratory parameters to guide adjustments in vasopressors, antibiotic therapy, and fluid management for optimal treatment outcomes.
